Attention: SHOT Patients
Masks are optional
We are returning to our pre-COVID policy of asking all patients who receive injections to remain
inside the office for the 30 minutes post-injection observations. You will continue to check out with the nurse after 30 minutes.
48 hours wait is required for allergy shots and all other vaccination for this office.

Office hours are as follows:
Monday 1:00 PM-6:30 PM
Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 AM-12:00n and 1:30-5 PM
Wednesday 8:00 AM-12:00 Noon (Front desk staff avail til 1pm)
Friday Closed (Front desk staff avail from 8am-1pm)
Please wear a mask to the office.
All allergy shot patients MUST make a shot appointment.
All doctors will also continue to offer Virtual and Telemedicine visits.
